This program will begin in 2014 and will bring more than 500 young African Leaders to United States universities every year for 6-weeks of training in public management, business and civic leadership. The number will eventually be increased to 1,000 African youths and the formal training will be augmented by workshops, mentoring, and networking opportunities with leaders in each field, as well as internships across the United States.
