Christian Ngan is the Founder and CEO of Madlyn Cazalis Group, a bourgeoning Cameroonian bio-cosmetic company with more than 60 retail outlets across Africa.

He is also the Founder of Goldsky Partners, a consulting firm and the Managing Director of Société d’Expansion Pharmaceutique des Acacias, a rising pharmaceutical company.

Born in Douala, Cameroon on 23 December 1983 into a middle-class Christian Cameroonian family, Christian lived in Yaounde until 2002, when he left for France to further his education.

In 2012, the entrepreneur took a life transforming decision to quit his job and return to Cameroon with a vision to reface the Cameroonian cosmetic company and to save fellow Africans from the harmful effects of substandard skin lightening products.

He knew it was time to present the truth to his people, to make them see what enormous damage they were doing to their young, black and beautiful skins by settling for the numerous substandard products, that had infiltrated the market and also to provide a natural and well adapted alternative.

And so, in July 2012, with just $3.000, the young entrepreneur launched his company.

Madlyn Cazalis’ main goal is to establish various investment projects in Africa, to raise consciousness, and make Africans proud of their identity by creating quality-African-owned products.

Before setting up Madlyn Cazalis’ brand in 2012, Christian worked as an Associate at Findercod, an Investment Banking firm in Paris where he focused on Long Term Financing and Private Equity areas.

In 2010 he worked within the Corporate Finance division of Quilvest Group, a Family Office and Private Equity fund with $30 billion assets under management. He had the honour of speaking at the TEDxAkwa, the first TED Talk in a French-Speaking African country. In 2014, he was invited to Libreville by His Excellency Ali Bongo Ondimba, President of Gabon, to discuss on social and economic issues. He was also a speaker at the Islamic Development Bank 40th Anniversary in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

He is a recipient of numerous awards and nominations from major institutions such as CEO Magazine for “Titans Building Nations” and CNBC Africa for “West Africa Best Young Leader of the Year”. He is the Cameroon “Get in the Ring Investment Battle” 2014 Winner.

At every opportunity, he shares his secret with young Africans; “If you have big dreams and find yourself frustrated in life, quit your job and launch your own company. Money doesn’t make the project, the project makes the money”.
