Today, we share an encouragement to all those who may be saddled with the burdens of life’s endless pressures, that ALL WILL BE WELL. They say we’re helplessly optimistic to believe that things will get better, and that life cannot be any worse than it is. We make no apologies as we repeat emphatically, that our tomorrow is pregnant with promise. And like a pregnant woman at the end of her term, we ask that you either help us on our seemingly sluggish journey to the top, or that you get out of our way!
You are in the majority if you feel that despite all of your efforts, the big break you yearn for is still not here. We encourage the unemployed, the under-employed, the downright broke and even the broken-hearted that things will get better. No, we do not have the latest figures on the economy from the World Bank or the IMF, but we know that if others can make it, then we shall as well. There are people making it big on a daily basis, rising from grass to grace before our very eyes. Our turn will come. They would rather have us throw up our hands in resignation, but we ask them in return, “What more have we to lose?” Things are hard enough as they are but should they get any harder, we will still be here, holding on and struggling till the end. Our message is simple: We’ll persist diligently until things get better!
Resolve not to give in to despair. You are not alone in frustration or misery, but the sooner you make up your mind that you will not be a failure, then the better for you. We will hold on to our faith in God, we will work hard and persevere; we will learn the lessons life wishes to teach us at this time. But we will not give up. It may take a while, but promise you’ll remember this when you get to the top, that we told you things would get better…
