Nelson Mandela celebrated his 94 years on today.

94 years old. Wow!! That is incredible

‘Mandela Day” is a day known to all South Africans in celebration of such a great President.  It is marked by chiefly with special events all over the country.

An African legend!!!

In brief, today has been used to encourage people to make a difference in their communities and take actions in making the world a better place. They were also asked to give 67 minutes of their time painting schools, planting trees, visiting orphanages and old age homes to honor Mandela’s 67 years of political activism.

Furthermore, Millions of school children across South Africa have sung a specially composed song as part of official celebrations for his 94th birthday on Wednesday.
