Beauty For Ashes
“And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. Then the devil leaveth him, and behold, angels came and ministered unto him. “(Matthew 4 vs 3,11). That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional Today.
It is important to note that at the end of Jesus’ temptation in the wilderness, the angels of God came and ministered to Him. He went through an experience in the hands of the devil, but in the end, He attracted divine visitation. It seemed that the story began on a tragic note, but it certainly ended on a joyous note. It seemed that Jesus began the journey with pain and trepidation, but in the end, there was something worth waiting for.
Friend, it doesn’t matter what temptation you are passing through right now; God says, there is a Divine Visitation waiting for you at the end of the temptation. There is an unmistakable huge package waiting for you at the end of your travails. An angel is coming with your package after these trying times.
Job 23 vs 10 captures it thus, “But he knows the way I take; when He has tested me, I will come forth as gold”. Don’t give in! Don’t give up! The test is only a phase. It will end in your favour. You will come out stronger and better.
Pray with me, “Lord, I declare over my life that every Condition or Situation around me will end in my favour in Jesus name”.
