Rivers State Carnival
From December 10th to 15th 2012, the people of Rivers State in Nigeria, hosted the world to an amazing and fun-filled Carnival in the garden city of Port Harcourt, the State Capital. CarniRiv, as it is called, was in its fifth year in 2012 and it just gets better.
The programme was loaded – Kids Carnival, International Aquatic Fiesta, International Heritage Parade, Black African Music Festival, a Gospel concert, a Peace Concert and Cultural displays.
